Wendy's

Service is almost always pretty good, and the food is usually prepared as ordered. Tonight we ordered a Son of Baconator that had no bacon on it and a sour cream and chive potato that came with no sour cream. Not cool, and not worth spending 30 minutes driving back to have the problem fixed.

Restaurant empty but all tables were dirty, floor is sticky and not clean, garbage has food all over it. We asked for table to be cleaned and we had to finish cleaning it as the worker left food on the table. Food was fresh but place needs cleaned!!

Asked for a very simple order of chicken nuggets and fries, made fresh with ketchup. The wait was actually pretty quick for asking to be made fresh. The ketchup was forgotten however. After I pulled around and let them know, I was nearly screamed at, slowly through the mouthpiece "WE. DON'T. PUT. SAUCES. IN. THE. BAG. IF. YOU. DON'T. ASK. FOR. THEM!" When I had "ketchup" on the receipt in my hand. I said "Excuse me?" And a much nicer voice interrupted me and asked me to pull around. But instead of coming out to correct the issue, which would have taken a few seconds, I was asked to wait through line again. Four cars. So in the end, even when I requested my food fresh, and was happy to wait, I pulled out with cold food, and a disgusting new taste for this Wendy's in particular.

Nastiest dairy Queen ever seen in my life the coffee pot up front looks filthy the ranch dressing I got with the burnt cheese curds look like it been cooped up for 45 days already molding at the top around the lid on the inside and the soda was watered down ask for my money back after eating one cheese curd and she gave me the money for the cheese truck back still didn't return the money for my drink I didn't ask for it I just left

Prices increase and deflation starts. 5 large chilies and 1 containers or onions 1 containers of cheese. Abd paid for extra cheese and onion. So how do you deliver 5 large chilies to 5 different people eating at different locations. And only 1 container of onion and 1 container of cheese. Management replies its a family order. But not for a family. 5 different people. If I order 1 large I get 1 containers so 1 person can eat there own meal. Now Management decides for us and charges extra for 1 container. Seems deflation is confusing with service to each order is for each Individual choice not someone to tell me to share my food with 5 different locations. then charge me for 5 additional onions and cheeseW
