Wendy's

I'm standing here as I write my complaint. It's a mess Im here in paragould Wendy's. I been waiting for my food for 30 Mins to get my cold food Got home the food was trash I paid over 36$ for my family. My so worked hard for his money and we been moving all day! That was the last thing I wanted to deal with also someone dropped the cup lids in the floor and put them back instead of the trash. And someone wiped his nose and continued to cook the fries. Wendy's Paragould needs new management and clean up crew . Who ever worked 12 /15/23 needs a wakeup call. I would love a refund but I know that's not going to happen but I am disappointed 😔

Wendy's is always a great place for us. We love their food and menu choices. Son always gets a biggie bag and chocolate frosty. He dips everything in the frosty!! Im a huge fan of their baked potatoes. They always get our order right and tend to he pretty fast considering how busy they stay.

When the employee finally came to take my order at the counter, she never bothered to take her AirPods out or even pause the music she was listening to. She barely even set her phone down long enough to take my order and I saw from the screen that the music was still playing. To say this person did the bare minimum would be an understatement. So obnoxiously unprofessional.

The staff was less than friendly. I had a mobile order this visit, so easy for everyone. My chicken sandwich was replaced with some sort of hamburger. The staff rushed us away and had no interest in fixing the order. Thank goodness my picky sons order was correct. I hate for them to have to deal with his attitude when his food is wrong.

Paragould Wendy's is always good. Never have had any problems. The girl at the pick up window was especially cheerful and polite on this most recent trip. Wish I had her name to compliment her. Order was accurate, warm, and tasty as always.
