Wendy's

This is my "Pretzel Baconator" from the Wendy's in Englewood 5155 S Broadway. Yuk! But so hungry I wiped all the slop off and ate it. Only car in the drive thru, so not super busy. Cashier was unfriendly and surly. Used to be a great place. What happened?

This place has gone downhill so fast. They never get your order right. I ordered a crispy chicken with only mayo, and I got a spicy chicken with everything on it. I also got a frosty key tag and they never gave it to me. Ordered a burger with only cheese, and it came with everything on it. Orders are constantly wrong or missing items, they never give a receipt. Save yourself the hassle and go the extra few minutes down Broadway to the other one.

Christ Almighty, the Baconator Jr. really has my boyhood trembling. The crisp, Smokey bacon atop that seductive, square beef patty. What is there not to adore? And not to mention the smooth, melted cheese, and paired with fries and a frosty, you’ll be soaking through your chef’s apron in no time. Truly a masterpiece. A steamy, moist, delicious masterpiece.

Completely failure all around. Was there tue November 21st around 6:30pm. That have had staff turn over for sure, and are now being ran by a bunch of kids who just don't care. First thing you notice when you get to the window is 4 kids all standing in group talking, the girl asks us to pull up to the door and wait for our sandwiches. We ordered a big bacon classic meal and a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. After waiting for them to bring us our food they bring out 2 deluxe hamburgers... Checking the bag and counting the correct amount of items we head home, not realizing it was wrong until we were already home. Not only did we get the wrong food (and old fries) but we paid for regular menu items and got value menu food. This is why you don't staff all teenagers with little to no work experience.

Always a tasty alternative to cooking. The food is good and they usually get the order right. The fries are always fresh and yummy. And I do love their frosties! We usually go through the drive up window so I don't know about the rest of the restaurant, but from what I can see it is clean and organized. The customer service is good about 75% of the time. Some employees are very friendly and they smile whilst talking to you. Others are in a big rush, don't say much and get you out of there asap which isn't all bad but a bit of friendliness wouldn't hurt.
