Wendy's

Great experience tonight. I got the food I couldn't get at the Fillmore location. All of the food here was fresh. The employee at the drive up window was friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh and well prepared. This is a good alternative location to go to...worth the extra 10 minute drive. This crew definitely has their stuff together and they operate as one of the Best Wendy's teams in the Springs. I highly recommend this location to everyone that wants a great experience! Job well done.

I don’t know who this night crew was tonight but it was the best experience we’ve ever had. From the drive thru guy taking our order to the lady who chased us down to give us a burger they forgot to put in the bags, AMAZING. So nice. So easy. So fast. So great.

I don't know why but the burgers here just lack taste, usually dry, just not a consistent Wendy's. And the dirty looks you get if you ask for fresh Crispy fries!! It's like the employees have to pay for extra potatoes. It's sad that this Wendy's is the closest one to where I live otherwise I'd NEVER visit this one. I hope you get lucky if you must eat here.

Spoke to Kenny about a credit. I was supposed to have when I had called them. And told them about how horrible my meal was. She said that I would be on the list list. I guess the list expires after a certain time. Well, I had ankle surgery and did not know that. He was quite rude and I asked for the district manager, who was Isabel. I've tried numerous times and have not been able to get ahold of her. I just won't go back. I went ahead and paid for my meal which was just average. But I will not be going to Wendy's again.

I pulled up to this Wendy's drive through, a girl was giggling so hard she couldn't catch her breath! Then a young man gets on the speaker & was so nice. Now, whatever had just happened in there evidently made them happy and enjoy their shift. Seemed like harmless fun, but ended up making my whole night! Everyone should take their jobs seriously, but nothing wrong with enjoying yourself sometimes! I love to pick up from here! Good job guys!
