Wendy's

Restaurant feels and looks dirty - staff more interested in their drive thru then customers in the physical store. Oreos and fruit platter out for them to nibble on while they make your food. Kinda disgusting in my opinion. Don’t understand why I bother coming back here.

I quit going to Wendy's # 1363. The bacon is always burnt and Buns are dry. I always have to wait too long to order there and if I need something else they're never at the counter. However the Wendy's on Power and McKellips I've been frequently every other day because their food tastes better. The bacon is cooked to perfection, not burnt. The bun is toasted, I enjoy the food much better. I never have to wait to be served plus I get the kindest people thar appreciate my business. The Lobby and bathroom, plus the atmosphere as a whole is pleasantly appealing. I go out of my way now to frequent there. Thank you for the survey. Unfortunately no one seems to care about #1363... Oh the time of opening the lobby at 7:30 am is also appealing. Anyway I'll be there again on Saturday morning.

I had the sweetest girl help me at Wendy's. She was nervous but so professional and kind. I think her name was Mia. She has the sweetest smile and bubbly personality. I'm going back because of how she treated me. What she gave was true customer service. She reminded me of my bestie that moved away.

I ordered, sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes! The vehicle in front of me was having a conversation with the employee at the window. They knew each other so I guess she thought it was ok. After she finally pulled off I pulled up to the window. I sat there for an additional 3 minutes! Nobody came to the window to give me my order! That was even after someone from inside looked towards the window and seen that I was waiting! I finally left! Thanks Wendy's for being so unprofessional!
