Wendy's

I'm writing this when compared to the average Wendy's, not in general, as Wendy's is far too large a chain to do anything otherwise. The food was delivered promptly and was made correctly. In fact, the fries were the best I've gotten from a Wendy's in months if not years. Employees were courteous albeit a bit slow. The only reason this place lost a star was the floors and tables were not cleaned and the baby seat had all kinds of food and stains that could easily be washed off but had clearly not been in a while.

This is my local wendys by my house. I've come here countless times. I'm leaving a review after a few visits, and on this one, I ran into the same problem I'd say about every 3rd visit. We order extra lettuce always and rarely get it. It just sucks getting home and looking at a small limp lettuce piece. It's not the biggest deal, tho I understand. I've worked at wendys for over 7 years back in the day. The reason for the 4 stars is the continued number of times our order is not right or missing something. Customer service is good, not excellent, but that's no biggie for me. No pun intended. The store was clean, and so were the restrooms, I'm still very pleased with the overall experience, and the food is great too, Just be cautious of the baked potatoes they are usually old, like today's order. If the g.m is reading this or anybody that's in charge, in my opinion you've got a clean store, fast service and friendly staff, I'd concentrate on order accuracy.

After getting my drinking I went to 3 different tables & they were all dirty. I finally grabbed a bunch of paper towels and cleaned the seat & table myself. Unfortunately, my fries were old & my spicy chicken sandwich looked like it should be on the dollar menu. I haven't been to Wendy's in years, but the last time I had a chicken sandwich there, it was huge. I'm assuming covid changed the price & and size, but it was an extremely skimpy meal for full price. The upside is that the employees seemed nice. That always helps with the overall experience anywhere. However, I won't be back.

Terrible experience. Walked in at around 7 p.m. and all the employees scattered like cockroaches. Me and my wife were left standing at the register while waiting for someone to take our order. We got our food and it was extremely disappointing. I got the Spicy Ghost pepper ranch sandwich and wife got the nuggets. Frys were cold. After which we wanted 2 frosties to take home and there wasn't an employee in sight to take our order. Got frustrated waiting and left. Waste of $24 for mediocre food.

I've gone 2x here because it close to my kids' school, and they are always forgetting something in my order. 1st, it was my baked potatoe, I went back to get it. A few weeks later, it was a cookie. Smh, I didn't even bother going back. My daughter didn't need it anyway even though I paid for it. It's just super inconvenient.
