Wendy's

This Wendy’s location is usually pretty good. I tried their new pretzel burger the other night and it was actually pretty good, I’ve gotta say. Very filling, you actually won’t even want to eat the fries after you finish it. The price is a bit much for it, though.

No changing tables in restrooms and overall dirty and run down appearance. On a family trip so this was no good! Surprising as Wendy’s are usually reliable

The doors were locked while the drive-thru was full. Five minutes for each car to be able to order. Horrible management! (NOT EMPLOYEES FAULT) we waited 30 min. Had a take out order that had been ready for half an hour but the doors were locked so I couldn’t pick it up. Mind you it was 6pm no reason for the doors to be locked.

Just spent 15$ on two kids nugget meals and a medium fry. One kids meal had no nuggets (but had fries), neither meal came with a drink. Fries were cold. Also didn't take my order the first time I gave it at the box, and then there was no one at the window to pay/ take my order when I pulled up. Get it together.

Half the dining room was blocked off so the crew that was standing around behind the counter didn't have to clean it, meanwhile the half that was available was filthy. The restaurant was dirty and the staff was so indifferent to it. We wound up just taking our food out to our car so we didn't have to use the tables
