I am so disappointed. I went to this Wendy's on Saturday after finishing Christmas shopping. It was about 5pm in the afternoon. This young lady at the drive through window was so unpleasant. She passed me my food & never greeted me. I asked for my receipt that was a problem for her & asking for ketchup was a bigger problem. Rolling her eyes and the attitude is unacceptable. I wish I remembered her name. I will never go back to this Wendy's. She needs a listen in customer service. If you don't like people please stay away from working with the public. The staff on Baseline are all amazing!
I placed an order through the app at 10.00 pm and they didn't have the frostys because the machine had already been cleaned out. I understand that but they didn't want to refund me and told me since I paid through the app I had to go through it to get my money back and when asked how to do that the employee said I don't know I don't use the app
So basically we paid for food we didn't get.
The food was prepared fast. The fries were fresh and delicious. I will say the lettuce in the grilled chicken wrap was not as fresh as I would have liked and the chicken was a little hard in a few places but otherwise the food was fast and tasty. The inside of the store had standing water accumulating in the floor beside the fountain machine. There was a yellow caution ⚠️ sign but I still slipped and almost fell. 🤷🏻♀️. 3 out of 5 stars ✨
The parking lot was littered, and the bathrooms were filthy. There were no paper towels, and the trash was over flowing in the bathrooms. The dining room wasn't to bad.
Two employees working with no personalities.
The chicken biscuit was ok.
Employees were rude. The Crew was kinda just talking to each other. Seemed like they could be cleaning instead of talking. The lobby was dirty. The restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels.
Will not be coming back
