The Wendy's on the corner of Monaco and Evans is cool. The service is fast and the staff friendly. I like Wendy's and if you feel the same, you won't be disappointed. Check out the New Baconator with the pretzel bun!! Yummy for your Tummy!

I’ve never been treated so well at any other location! I wish I could give this place 6 stars // it is special. Lunch crew went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best it could be. I was extremely impressed. Grateful for this location and all they do.

This location just plain sucks. I ordered through the app and pulled up and the lady said I had to come inside. Never has that happened before. She was just too overwhelmed cuz it was a busy lunch hour. Just because I ordered DRIVE THRU through the app doesn't mean you treat me any differently. Then, on a different occasion, I ordered 3 biggie bags on the mobile app around d 10:30 at night and they screwed up my order so bad. How hard is it to get 3 biggie bags right? I've been screwed over left nbright by this company. This isn't the only location that has trash service.

Messed up my own order on the self-serve but the guy in the front fixed it being really cool about it too no extra charge so they deserve a good review

Wendys ain’t what it ain’t and it never will be. For what Wendy’s is, This Wendy’s definitely is that. And that is why I give it five stars. typically you order on a giant screen now at fast food restaurants, no speaking with a human being over the counter, but I did not wear my glasses today and so I was able to speak with an actual human being. I told him I had not wore my glasses today to see the menu. he was very helpful. He took the time to explain to me the differences between the five dollar biggie bag and the six dollar biggie bag in detail with information he reproduced directly from his own understanding of the menu and he was so helpful that I definitely give the young man who took my order five stars for service above and beyond.
