Wendy's

This locations food is pretty on par with any other Wendy's chain but god help you if you go during peak hours. The surrounding parking lot is an absolute nightmare to navigate and the drive through here is poorly managed. I've had cars cut in line multiple times and incident where drivers are about to fight because of how confusing it is. They need an employee out there to manage the drive thru or a better labeled system because it is a car accident waiting to happen.

Was very great. I stopped in the day before thanksgiving, super busy but the staff handled it well. Everything was hot and fresh and the lobby was clean.

this place is a literal disgrace. i work next to this location and walk there for breakfast/lunch almost every day. they do not open their lobby when their suppose to. i had an online order so i walked there and the lobby wasn’t open. i called to speak to a manager, she told me to walk through the drive thru and hung up on me. get a new manager, get new employees, because everyone seems clueless and acts like they don’t care.

9/8/2023 I placed an order for 7:55 pick up, I live close by and like to walk in for pick up now and then. Today I happened to show up 2 minutes after 8 pm and the doors were locked. I could see about 5 employees inside who looked at me and acknowledged my presence, but only by me incredibly disgusted looks and hand signaling basically telling me they’re closed and to go away. I had to open my app to basically sign language to them that I had a pickup order ready for me sitting in there store that they simply wouldn’t even come to the door to check what my request was. There happened to be two other ladies that came up to the door because they needed to use a public restroom, and with all three of us collected outside of the door, one lady finally decided to come explain they were closed and reluctantly give me my take out order. It sucks to lose this as a close pick up option but I hope this location goes out of business. The customer service is non existent

The burgers here have always been super greasy but… the pretzel baconators here have been so insanely, ridiculously, disgustingly greasy lately that they’re barely edible. The buns are literally soggy because they’re so drenched with grease. It soaks through the foil and every napkin in the bag dripping everywhere. It’s literally like eating a bowl of grease— I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. And obviously— would tear anyone’s stomach to shreds. I can’t eat here anymore.
