Wendy's

Don't expect much from fast food places. Hard to believe expecting less. Sat at the order box for 5 min without anyone coming on. It was busy, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. After seeing 2 cars leave from the window without being helped, I pulled out and went inside to find 2 more customers leaving angry. Kitchen staff just standing there. The cashier was bouncing from the Fries to the cash counter. Only spoke Spanish so there were difficulties there. No one helping her. Finally had a man walk up to the counter to just stare at me expectantly, no hello or anything. Wasn't going to wait another 15 min to see if the food even came out. Do better Wendy's and help the people who actually put forth an effort and retrain or replace those who apparently choose not too and stand in the kitchen laughing instead. Good thing Chick-fil-A is down the street.

This Wendy’s has ok food but a few things. Drive thru takes forever, expect 2 minutes per car in front of you. Also, they don’t honor the Denver Nuggets NBA deal for the 6 piece nugget. The guy who took my order said it “sounded good” when I asked for the free 6-piece nugget but I got charged anyways.

Noticeably better burger quality than McDonald's. Wendy's fries aren't as good as McDonald's fries, but we already knew that. The service is decent, here. There are several items that aren't listed on the menu outside, or at least I couldn't find them so I asked the person at the drive through about just getting a couple cheeseburgers. He mentioned that I could get junior cheeseburgers, which are cheaper than the listed $4.99 cheeseburgers on the menu... So I got that. I also wanted a medium fry, which I didn't see posted on the menu outside, and they were able to get me that, too. So in the end everything worked out, but if you don't want to ask the drive through about other options not listed on the menu, it might be a more expensive trip to Wendy's than you wanted.

Worst Wendy’s location. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes….. there was only 3 cars….including us. Food was ice cold and we were missing several items. Came back today to try inside to get 3 frostys. Finally left after 25 minutes of asking for help several times. The employees just shrugging and kept pointing at the worker in the drive thru. This Wendy’s hasn’t changed the 5 times we have been here. New management clearly needed.

Always a wait in the drive thru. Decent fast food, good burgers and fries. Not overly friendly service. What do you expect?
