Wendy's

We stopped at Wendy's in PF for breakfast. The dining room was really clean, and there's a fireplace with couches that I think really added to the ambience, it was nice to sit and have breakfast with my family. The food was hot and fresh, the customer service was great and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had our 10 year old with us and we were there during breakfast hours, but he asked if he could have a kids meal and I thought it was really nice that they accommodated him by making him chicken nuggets and fries, I just feel like when people go the extra mile to make a kids day they should be recognized!

Check out this awesomeness.. sweet lettuce wrap.. PSYCH!!!.. In all seriousness why advertise an option if it's not really an option? Aside from that here's few stars for the ghost pepper ranch and the fries.

Every time we come here, everyone is very nice. We enjoy there french fries the most out of any restaurant or fast food chain. We wished Wendy’s would bring back the S’awesome sauce though. We also enjoy the original chocolate and seasonal strawberry and pumpkin spice Frosty’s.

Our online order for some reason messed up tonight and didn't show up on their side. The manager was super professional about it and made sure we got our food anyways. Best service in a long time from a fast food restaurant. Give that man a raise!

Went to this wendys restaurant a little after noon today, 11/26/23. My daughter and I had a terrible experience with the service. I don't know why ?? We had to wait a few minutes before we could order our food. We finally got to order our food. We told the person at the cash register that we wanted our order to go, it came on a tray ,so I mentioned that we had ordered it to go.. so the person in charge rudely threw it in the bag, with no apology, like it was our fault. It also came with a drink and we had to ask for our cups ,not a good experience at all.
