Before writing this review, I looked at some of the other reviews, and my issues were similar to others. My first indication that this location lacks standards is that there weren't any responses to reviews, good or bad, in the past six months or longer. With the consistent problems, it is apparent that the owner/management does not care. I have made it a point to check my order before leaving any fast-food establishment and with good reason. Any time I modify a sandwich, the order is wrong 75 percent of the time. This could be something as simple as "make it plain". My order tonight was no exception. After receiving my order, I pulled around and parked to check everything. This has become necessary as well as quite frustrating. I was missing 2 orders of fries and there was a sandwich that wasn't ordered. I went in and explained the issues, which were corrected immediately. I waited about 30 seconds for the fresh batch of fries, which was fine. After getting back to my car, I noticed the bag was soaking wet with oil. I looked in the bag and one of the orders was placed in the bag upside down. The fries were not allowed to drain off. I didn't go back inside since my food was getting cold. Once home, I discovered that the frosty I had ordered was over-filled and had leaked down the sides from the lid. I will now have to pull the center console to get it all cleaned out. After getting my family's food plated, I discovered that the 10-piece order of nuggets was packed as a 5-piece. I checked the condiments on my sandwich and found two tiny pieces of rotten lettuce. The chicken itself was very thin, overcooked, and chewy. My daughter's cheeseburger temperature was rare. We are a family of medium-rare to medium temperatures, but a bright red, cold patty from a fast-food restaurant tends to be questionable. I understand that mistakes happen. My issue is how frequently they happen, especially in the fast-food industry, and at this particular location. Not every experience has been bad according to the reviews, but I have had enough poor experiences that I will not be returning. I tried uploading photos, but the server rejected them in multiple formats.

Witnessed them dumping old Frostiest that had been sitting on the counter, for what I assume were pick up orders and were not picked up back into the frosty machine. Which is definitely against several food safety regulations. This gave us the cringe & made us wonder what other food violations they are willing to do to cut cost. On top of that they told us our order was taking longer because they were waiting on fries & yet all of our fries in our order were cold and soggy. Won't be returning to this location again.

Just left the drivethru. OMG. Asked for fresh fries. 2 of the fries they gave me was fresh. The last fry they sneaked in a old fries. My drinks are filled to the top with ice and has soda sitting on top of the lid ready to spill in my car.

Avoid ordering any food from here during the evening hours!!!! This is my neighbor Wendy’s. The entire staff is composed of kids. No one appeared to be over the age of 18. I say this because as I pull to the order window I could hear a lot of horse playing. I went through the drive thru and 10:00p.m. on the dot and ordered a #1, no cheese, large Sprite, large fry, 4 for $4(Jr. cheese burger, small fry, 4pc.nugget, small Sprite) and an additional large fry. My order came to $18.47. I receiving my order and as I began to pull off, reached in the bag and touch the fries. They were cold to the touch! I had already pulled too far forward to back up on the window. The customer behind me was already too close. So I drove back around. As I drove back around I decided to check the rest of the items in my order. All three fries in my order were cold and old! They looked dehydrated. My nuggets were also cold to the touch as well as my burgers being cold. The patties were stiff overcooked and very dark in color. I pulled back to the intercom and in a calm and empathetic manner, expressed my dissatisfaction. The girl on the intercom apologized and offered to replace what I was disappointed with. Once to the window, I further expressed my dissatisfaction with my order. I was assured that they would re-make my order fresh. I waited for approximately seven minutes before they brought me my so-called “re-made” order. The fries they gave me were still old fries that seem to be reheated by microwave or oven. These were not like old fries that get re-dipped in hot grease. My problem is that they were NOT fresh, hot and crispy. My nuggets were also still old nuggets that were reheated by some means other than a re-dip in hot grease. The patties were fresher than the first but also NOT hot. Highly disappointed with the level of integrity shown by this staff. HIGHLY unprofessional! I feel robbed and insulted. To whomever staffed/hired this night shift, your employees don’t respect the business or customer and are letting you down.

This Wendy's had consistently given me sandwiches that are old. Today I got the asiago ranch chicken. The chicken was so tough, and the color was actually gray. The lettuce had gone bad. The fries are good, and the frosties, but the sandwiches are so so bad. Like they reheat them in the microwave after they've been left all day long under the lamp. So so so gross. I keep giving them second chances but I can't anymore. It's super disgusting.
