Wendy's

I want to praise the workers at Wendy's on S Zero St in Fort Smith AR. Some how on door dash I had everything removed when I didn't want that to happen I wanted to add stuff on to it. So now I am up at Wendy's after calling them they told me this stuff happens so often so I can come up & have it replace just like I wanted it. These guys have been so sweet to me about it. Michelle & Ashley the managers were so understanding & so sweet an nice to me. They even made it up to me they didn't have to do what they did. So thank you to Wendy's on S Zero St in Fort Smith AR.

Was pleasantly surprised, friendly cashier, food was good, I've got no complaints, as with a lot of other fast food places.

Best tasting burger amongst major hamburger chains! I've been eating at Wendy's since I was kid! You can never go wrong with Dave's Single with Cheese!

The window worker had such a poor attitude. "what do you want?", sighing and dramatically leaning on the window when driver turned to set his wallet down. Yelling at her coworkers as well, such an awful experience bc of this single person. Do better!

Customer service here is not pleasant. No smiles. Short and quick with taking orders. Fries were cold.
