System is always down. At this point I think it is an excuse to not have to work and get paid because I have never, ever gone in when their system is working. I recently visited my local Wendy's and had a less than satisfactory experience. The girl behind the counter informed me that their system was down and only the drive-thru was operational. This meant that I had to go through the hassle of getting into my car, placing my order, driving up to the window to pay and collect my food, and then returning inside the restaurant to eat. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient that they couldn't take my order on a computer that wasn't affected by the system outage and serve me right then and there. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had a negative experience at this particular Wendy's location. It's disheartening because it's conveniently close to my house and sometimes I'm forced to go there, but every time I do, I can't help but think about the potential issues I might encounter. It's disappointing that Wendy's doesn't seem to care about losing a customer. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of serving customers to the best of my ability, and it's frustrating to see that level of service lacking at Wendy's. Overall, I have decided to stop visiting Wendy's due to these repeated negative experiences. While I acknowledge that it may not make a significant difference to the company, I feel it's important to voice my dissatisfaction as a customer. I genuinely hope that Wendy's takes customer feedback seriously and strives to address the issues that have been encountered. As a restaurant worker myself, I know how crucial it is to listen to customers and constantly work towards providing an exceptional experience

Meth central. Where the employees cater to homeless and drug addicts and treat paying customers like trash. I'm amazed anyone would order food from this dope den homeless shelter. The register I'm sure is always short and food is most likely contaminated with meth residue. My next stop is the BBB and. Food safety. This is a medium/large fry to them and want you to act a certain way and beg for food u pay for when they clearly give shelter and food for. Free. .

The boxes for all of the fries were barely halfway full so I called back and spoke to the manager jason. He was very kind and allowed me to come back and get brand new fresh containers of fries for my meals! I appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond and that I didn't get too far from this Wendy's to notice that the fries were not all there.

Food 1: Every time I come here, it has gotten worse. Overcooked, barely edible slop that the sauce you asked for and should've received would've been your only saving grace: too bad they forgot it, even though you can ask upwards of 2 or 3 times. I ordered chicken nuggets, but I swear they came out tasting like grease while hard as a rock. Service 1: There has been a slew of bad attitudes operating the window. I don't come here often, but I come here enough to recognize a pattern: they're not customer-oriented. They're taking their personal issues into work, or ignoring requests altogether. I literally had to ask "is this everything" because I was handed a bag and then they immediately turned to finish a different conversation without any farewell or indication that it was in fact, everything I ordered. Atmosphere 3: Its a Wendy's, with faltering customer service and food quality. It's a 3 because it's typical. Nothing special. The worst part is: I cant even bring myself to fully blame the staff. Every company "cares" about our business, but they couldn't be bothered to pay anybody a *barely* livable wage. I believe this will be a problem that propogates and persists until someone in corporate puts the big boy pants on and does something somewhat benevolent for once in their miserable parasitic lives. This is not the only location I've run into issues with, but simply an example of many. Wendy's doesn't deserve your money these days, plain and simple.

I was the only car in line. Mobile ordered. Took 12 minutes to get me my food. My burger was awful. My fries were cold, mushy, and somehow flat. My iced tea was supposed to be unsweetened and add lemon. Tasted like I was drinking lemonade. Just sad.
