Wendy's

Okay so the food was good. I hadn't had it in a long time so it was amazing.. but it took so long to get it maybe 20min. My oldest boys ordered after me and theirs took 35min. It was insane. I won't be going back to this one. It may have just been a hard night though. The frosty was good and I didn't think it would be.. right now they are selling the small frosty for 3-5$ for a free small each time. The Ziggy meals.. amazing

This location is a joke. Constantly messing up orders and giving out completely wrong orders but today beats them all. Apparently they have no food until lunch because the only person working looks like he's coming down from a week long drug binder. The employee literally had the doors all locked and was sleeping in one of the booths and said he was sick so he wasn't going to be making anything. Not to mention all the homeless people also sleeping in the booths. Seems like it's better off as a homeless shelter than a fast food restaurant.

I am honestly upset with my experience here. They kept on messing up orders and I heard like 2 people say they got the wrong order. I order a $5 biggie bag and used my coupon for a free 6 piece nugget. Mind you, I ordered a DOUBLE STACK and was suppose to have those 10pc nuggets. When my friend got her order it was wrong and when I received mine it wasnt what I asked for, I'm being pissed and that just ruined my whole day.

Can’t give 0 stars so one star it is. Typical of what to expect from a food chain like Wendy’s. Went through the drive thru, got our food and left. Got to our destination to eat (kids football game) and of course the food is messed up! Called to tell them, the kid that answered didn’t apologize just said to come in and they would remake the burger or give me my money back. That’s the least I expect. Very poor customer service. I told him the proper way to handle the situation would be to apologize to the customer for the mess up and he just flat out hung up on me. I tried calling back no answer. It’s sad that one should just come to expect poor service from places like this…..funny though, Chick Fil A seems to hire competent staff that at least have an IQ that registers. Never any mess ups there!

I know it's fast food and I'm not the type to be picky about it and give employees a hard time, but the food here was completely awful. The burger patty was close to black on the outside, very stale like it had been sitting out in the open for hours. The soda machine was completely empty save for some unsavory drinks. Like I said I never expect much from fast food places but this was so bad I had to rate it
