It’s a shame their food nationally is better. When I eat fast food I usually pick Wendy’s. This locations twice in two weeks, has waved people through the drive thru, and locked the doors at 1pm on a Saturday.
Interesting no one else does this…sheer laziness of your employees I’m guessing. Get better help. Or a different manager who can pick folks to keep the doors open…
After the new staff has been put in place at this wendy’s, i have never had better business attending this chain! The people were welcoming and even yelled “GOOD MORNING!” They were polite and even took there time to serve us early five minutes before lunch ☺️ will definitely be going here again.
WORST drive thru experience ever! The dining area was closed (we saw people trying to get in but the door was locked). We put it down to possible short staff, but it took almost 30 minutes (with 2 cars in front of us), to get through to even order. By the time we got to the window to pay, it looked like the manager was attempting to do all the other workers jobs (or correct their errors) and the employees were very surly. One burger had enough ketchup for 3 burgers while the other burger had, literally, just a dot, of mustard on it and the fries were freezer burned and limp.
Absolutely horrible. Never know whether the inside is open or not. Went to pick up a mobile order and sat in DT for 20 mins to only be told I had to come in to get it. They could've just easily told handed it to me. I go inside and get my order. Food was cold. Could tell it had been sitting for a while.
I will never understand how this location is still in business. For the 3rd visit, floor was so sticky I could barely lift my feet. Greeted with WHACHU WANT with the least amount of caring possible. Sprite was out so I asked to get it from the counter. Girl filled it less than half full. Service is always deplorable. Fries were stone cold.
