Who ever is the manager should really make sure they are on point with the items needed to serve their customers, if I’m feeding a huge family and they don’t have something as simple as cup holders like coke on and they have barely any customers one couple in the waiting area and no one in line in the drive through they should have better speed of my burger was cold but fries were fresh, kids meals were just meals and nothing special for the kids not a toy a sticker or anything it’s ridiculous my sons nuggets were burnt anyone with toddler knows how unhinged kids become when they are hungry and can’t eat I’m so disappointed in this establishment.

You know fast-food is just that..but I want to take the time to thank Cory, and his crew for going the extra mile to make sure my wife and I replacement salads were great! Service says alot, and that's all it takes to make a bad experience so much better.

Will not be returning here. Made a mobile order, checked in a drive thru and still waited & minutes for a kids nuggets meal, fries and junior frosty. The window cashier handed me the frosty with no spoon and then my food 8 minutes later with still no spoon. This is my second time here. The first time I dined inside, it smelled, the floors and counters and tables were very sticky. The food took forever for one chicken sandwich meal, no changes or anything. I mean fast food isn’t my first choice, but I certainly won’t be eating here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Worker and manager reused to refund my order after accepting it, claiming they were out of the food and refusing to substitute it for anything other than fries. Who eats fries for a meal??? The manager kept telling me to call customer service at 8am THE NEXT DAY! It was over a $30 order, and my kids didnt get any food that night because of these two employees actions. These two should both be fired immediately. I will never go to Wendy's again and neither should you.

Went here for lunch. No AC going in the lobby. Read the temp gauge said 85 degrees. Feel sorry for the employees working in an environment like that. Let alone the customers. Definitely not going back. Service is still trash here. waited at the drive through for over 7 minutes to order no cars in the drive through and the drive through cashier Tasha is rude. Shouldn't be working in fast food if you can't handle having good customer service. I won't be back. Gave it a another try and won't go back.
