It was not clean.... that is first. We ordered at the kiosk and waited for our food, while waiting my husband asked the lady at the register for our drink cups, she ignored him twice. They have changed their patties and the buns are smaller. The price however is 14$!! I don't recommend, save yourself the trouble and just sit down somewhere good.
Was not able to order from the person standing in front of me even though I was the only customer, had to use a kiosk. The self serve drink machine was all out of all coke products and it was not refilled after I asked. The fries were cold. Both bathrooms were "out of order." What do employees do? I spoke to 3 employees, not one smiled. It seemed my presence was a great inconvenience. Won't be stopping here again soon.
When the male employee gave us our food he opened the window didn’t say a singe word , handed it to us urgently and without care, then closed the window although we were missing items we asked for and never opened it back up. Then when we looked at our food there was missing ingredients on every burger and sandwich we got. On the 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers there were tiny slices of tomatoes that looked like they have been eaten, 1 piece of bacon on each burger that was about 1. Inch tall if even. Then on the chicken sandwich it was supposed to come with everything on it. They gave us a sanwhcih with just the chicken and bun, nothing else. On the double bacon $7 biggie bag it consisted of a bun and two burger patty’s and that is all. There was no effort in making the food and it was handed to us unfinished. I took photos of all the burgers aswell for proof.
This is for the Broadway location. Went to the kiosk since the people there completely ignore you. I had a question about a promotion, if they were participating and how to add it. When i pulled in there was one person there. It was not busy. The employees completely ignore you. The kiosk timed out so we went to chick filet and got through the line of 50 faster than the entire time we sat in Wendy's waiting to not be ignored. I guess the peppermint frosty will remain on my bucketlist.
The guy at the drive thru. Is rude and disrespectful. I was picking up a DoorDash he was rushing and rude! Telling me as they were dead. Nobody’s was there. I was told pull forward to look at the food... They locked the dinning room. So you can’t come in while they hung out on the parking lot
