Wendy's

Waited in drive through for 15 mins. I got home with my order and it was the wrong one. No chicken classic. The fries are burnt to a crisp. Really dissatisfied with the whole experience.

I am so mad, I ordered my food, I read it correctly on the screen, I was very nice. I pulled up to the window, received the wrong drinks and they didn’t tell me that my original drink out of stock, so they gave me something else so I just asked for a sprite. Then received my baconator fries which weren’t even made with the correct ingredients, they had some weird queso on them. Keep in mind I was told to have a nice day even though that wasn’t even my complete order. So I got their attention and asked where the rest of my food was, and the other lady at the window told me it was done. I was frustrated that I didn’t get the correct order, so I respectfully asked for a refund I even apologized for the inconvenience even though nothing was my fault. I payed a 50 dollar bill and received 30 dollars originally as change, and the refund given to me was only 11 dollars, and I was not even able to prove they gave me the wrong amount because they never gave me a receipt and I feel like that may have been a fault on my part for not asking but they should have given it in the first place. The ladies were both rude and slamming the window door, and they were kinda scary so I’m leaving my review, keep in mind i never leave reviews and this was a terrible experience, and I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. Hire new people WENDYS! Y’all are a fire restaurant, and your staff are ruining it, it’s not even just this location, but this one was bad.

The employees are very nice and friendly. The restaurant was very busy, and that's what makes me happy to see how busy it was, makes it delicious food awaits.

Awful burger was RAW and I called to complain and they “oh the GM will call tomorrow” well 4 days later still no call, so I called and complain. The call was pointless. Stay away from this Wendy’s!!

Worst service I've ever had at any restaurant. I come here once a week, and our orders are always wrong, yet we correct them and move on. Not a huge deal. Today though, the cashier was unfriendly, passive-aggressive, and straight-up rude. She was getting mad and upset with us because she kept messing up our very simple order. Then upon trying to refund our incorrect order, she instead charged us more money off our debit card a second time. Again, all the while while the cashier is continuing to make all these mistakes, she is being rude and confrontational to us as if this was somehow our fault and not hers. In the end, our refund went through and our order was received correctly, and the food was good. However, this girl that we had to deal with made the entire experience absolutely terrible, and not worth it in the least bit. As much as I love Wendy's, I will never again under any circumstances go back to that location to eat, dine in or drive through. I genuinely regret not getting her name and talking to her manager about her absolutely horrible service. Only reason I didn't was because I just wanted to leave their place of business and get away from her personally and bring the horrible experience to an end as quickly as possible.
