Wendy's

I expected so much more with our newly remodeled Wendy's. The food was hot & fresh. The crew member who took our order was cordial. The dining area was a disaster. Tables needed wiped down. Floors needed swept and mopped. The soda fountain machine needed wiped down also. The new seating (which is all hard wood) is uncomfortable as heck. The bathroom.....urine on the floor. Toilet was just gross. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the place. It wasn't that busy and somebody could have been doing something. I didn't see management until I was in my car and pulling away. He was on his phone out back.

The young man taking our order was getting the trash ready to take out. He came over to take our order and never washed his hands, order was wrong and took about 15 minutes to correct the mistake. The person getting the food prepared was not wearing gloves. Very disappointed.

This business is horribly mismanaged. Always out of something. Drive thru is so slow people pull out and go elsewhere. Management doesn't care because it's obvious by past complaints these issues have never been resolved. I rate this business 0 out of 10.

Had a bad first experience. Our order was forgotten. Will give er a few more tries and adjust the stars as we go.

Wendy's in mountainhome treats me like family even though I used to work there and I left they still treat me with respect they all say hi to me and they check and see how well I'm doing love the food and love the atmosphere and the people
