I ordered super green foods. Awful!!! The food was salty, the broccoli was soggy. This was a disappointment. No way I will never go back to any of Panda Express. Yuck!!🤢 🤮
Yesterday, following the Braves game, my son and I placed a mobile order on our phone and strolled over to Wendy's. Due to heavy traffic and road closures, we opted to walk to the restaurant to pick up our order. Upon arrival, we found the doors locked and proceeded to the drive-thru (on foot), politely requesting our prepaid order. The drive-thru attendant informed us that her manager wouldn't allow us to collect our order without a car and described the manager as unreasonable.
In an attempt to resolve the situation, I discreetly asked another customer at the drive-through speaker before me if they could pick up our food and meet us at the end of the line, they agreed, but they were denied by the manager. My boyfriend, contacted the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. During their conversation, the manager cited staff safety concerns and the policies would not allow him to have us pick up the order. My boyfriend then asked if he could email him the policies that he’s referring to, and the manager simply could not. (They were made up) my boyfriend then asked for my order to be refunded, and he simply said he could not refund orders. Interestingly, the manager initially provided a false name, claiming to be Mark when his actual name was Stephen.
Feeling frustrated, I began to return to my car when a traffic officer noticed my concern and offered to have an officer contact the store on our behalf. However, not wanting to escalate the situation further with my son needing to get to bed, I declined and decided to prepare something at home. We planned to contact Customer Care the next morning.
Unfortunately, Customer Care was closed in the morning, so we reached out to the restaurant again and spoke with a different manager who was understanding and apologetic. She clarified that the manager we had dealt with the previous night was indeed named Steven not Mark. This experience was unacceptable in terms of customer service, and we hope for a resolution. Please take note of the store and Manager Stephen to prevent such incidents in the future.
Horrible location, I would suggest driving further out for quality service and food. They take forever to answer the drive thru. Once you get to the first window they don’t greet you, which is fine by me, whatever. They take your card, don’t ask if you would like a receipt, just simply slam the window in your face. And the next window no greeting again, they just hand you your food. Tonight i ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal, i haven’t eaten all day long. Look at what they gave me. It’s a shame. If i felt light fighting back through traffic i would me taking my a** back up there for my money back. Oh wait, NO RECEIPT. avoid this location by any means. Horrible.
They have a young lady working there whose teeth are really rotten looking and I understand that we want her to be in good health and work but for the customers sake and your reputation have her put on a mask as well as let her know not to touch her nose or face whilst handling the customers food, I just decided to never return cause I mean are they even gonna let her know this?!
