Wendy's

I asked for a $7 Bigge bag Double stack, no onion add mayo, they give me old fries plus the cashier had an attitude and was trying to rush me out the store. She acted as if I was homeless but when she getting the order ready said something in Spanish when I asked for ketchup and the attitude was lackluster. Called back because they put onion on my burger, made another order and the fries were even worse and the bacon was charred. Never eating here again...

Honestly, this is such an easy job, evidenced by the fact I've never had any order in 15 years of eating Wendy's be horribly wrong. And yet somehow this location manages to again and again send burnt food, forgets items, no quality control at all. Not what I would expect from a Wendy's. Not what Wendy's or the franchise owners should expect from a staff. You're wasting your money here if the issues are not addressed.

I hope the manager is extremely well paid for their protection of the profit margins of this corporation. Ordered three pumpkin spice frosties that taste like straight Indian food. Didn't drink them. Just tasted one of them. So disgusting We immediately turned around and asked if we could swap them out for chocolate. I was very kind and apologetic about the whole thing. Didn't ask for a cash refund. Weren't asking to swap out empty frosties. They were completely full. No satisfaction guarantee? Soft serve ice cream has a profit margin of 80%. Not even a discount was offered. I work in fast food. I would have taken back the product and given something which satisfied the customer without even blinking.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I eat wendys a couple times a week. Theyre comfort food for me and ive only had a bad experience a handful of times. This experience however was 9/10 bad ... First off we ordered a good amount of food. Its was mid day on a sunday and when we pulled up there was 1 person. Who already ordered and was waiting at the pickup window. We sat behind that car for 10 minutes ... 3 other cars proceeding to get behind us. When we finally got to the window they apologized and said were short staffed and are waiting on fresh meat ... wait what? Its lunch time and you werent prepared for the rush? So they told us to pull forward to the parking lot and they would bring our food out. We parked and sat there for 10 more minutes whilst watching the 3 cars behind me get their orders and leave!! I understand they couldve gotten chicken nuggets or chicken sandwiches but that seems unlikely. So i went inside to see what was going on. I walked in and could instantly hear music playing and the ladies in the back talking and laughing having a blast it seemed like. Had we been forgotten? 2 minutes go by and no one acknowledges my existence even though clearly 3 of them side eyed me. Smh Someone finally says hello ill be right with you. Never came up from her station and just hollered at me from the back. When i told her we were waiting on the drive thru food. I heard someone snicker as she told me were working on it. Im thoroughly annoyed at this moment and if i wasnt hypoglycemic i wouldve just asked for a refund and to have a manager call me. Shorthanded was the term she told me at the window. I counted 5 people there. Thats not shorthanded. Thats full lunch staff. I wont be coming here EVER again and i highly recommend a staff overhaul. The blatant disrespect was just too much to handle. Food wasnt even worth it after that.

I wish we could give negative stars. My son and I came in to Wendy's before an appointment he had. He ordered. I asked the lady for a spicy chicken on a salad instead of a grilled, and she said well we don't cut it up.. I said you must be the only Wendy's that doesn't do that, because in the local area where I live, they cut up that spicy chicken on the sandwich. I smiled and wasn't being rude.. she said no we don't do that we stopped that over the summer and looked at me like I was a complete liar and then she literally looked right at me and said well there's a knife in fork in the condiment section.. so I told her to cancel the salad because I didn't have time for any of that (we had to get to his apartment) she did and then walked away and tattled like a 2 year old child to her manager who came out and didn't do anything either.. no wonder this place has a 3-star rating.
