Wendy's

Literally the best service I've ever received at a fast food place. Food was great and the staff was friendly, fast, and actually seemed happy to be there. I'm more than happy to drive out of my way to go to this one.

I like 2 Jr. Deluxe cheeseburgers and this Wendy’s has been pretty consistent & good. However, today both of the buns were hard, stale, and cold 😞 maybe check your food before you drive off so you’re not paying a lot for old food.

Ok, I am very happy to say this place was perfect quick stop for us, but we ended up staying a little longer. Big parking area, right next to a park with walking trails. We took the dogs for a walk in the park. Place was very clean, staff friendly, food was out fast, hot, & good. Our 28’ RV had no problem parking near the back. If you have a bigger RV, park in the HUGE Super Walmart right next to it. Peggy had a great smile & very informative on items on menu.

Terrible customer service. Started ordering breakfast for entire family at 10:25 am. While ordering, a tall teenager came out, complained about us ordering breakfast and rolled his eyes. Then after paying at 10:32 am, the manger came up and said it was too late. Breakfast is supposed to go until 10:30, but these employees are clearly too lazy to care about our business. Won’t be coming back.

Went at 9pm to order a frosty and some fries (had a digital coupon on the rewards app for free fries). After a few minutes at the register waiting to pay we were told at the window that their system was having issues redeeming coupons and to come back tomorrow. When I told them we lived 30 minutes away we were told “I’m sorry” and then had the window closed on us. I was shocked! I get the system having issues, but it would have been so easy to just comp the item that was supposed to be free and take our money for the rest of it. Instead, they didn’t make anything from us. Won’t be returning to this location.
