Wendy's

Absolutely disgusting food was served to us. This was around 7:40-8:00 on 11/25/23. I got spicy nuggets that had to have been sitting on hold for well over 15 minutes. They were practically rocks. I also got the Asiago ranch club. Same situation, no one wanted to cook a fresh one. Just lazy. They forgot the sauce too. On a nugget order. They forgot the sauce. It wasn’t even busy either. This isn’t the first night we’ve had a problem. All in all, your money is better spent at other restaurants and I’ll never go back to this location. And I’d recommend you don’t go here either.

After trying to hand me the order for the person in front of me who was pulled forward waiting on their order, when I got home I was missing half of my order. I ordered online and live in the next town over so it really wasn't worth driving all the way back. They couldn't refund me for the missing items when I called the store even though the order was made online. I did quickly look through my bag before I pulled off but now I know to look for EVERY item before I leave the window if I ever decide to go back. (Though I shouldn't have to double check in the first place, the list is right in front of the person packing each and every order....it's not that complicated) I've also had problems with VERY long waits in the drive thru in the past. I very rarely have a smooth transaction at this location and I always hope it's better but sadly it's never been a good experience.

It is closer for me to drive to this Wendy's than go to the one on MLK, but after Saturday night's experience before the Farmington Christmas parade, I think I will from now on. I've been to this drive through before, and after reading many reviews, it appears they still have zero clue how to make it more efficient. You will sit and wait for at least 10 minutes even if there is just one car at the kiosk where you order. Upon pulling to the kiosk, you are always asked to please wait, and that's another three minutes. So it's always about 13-15 minutes before you're even allowed to order food. The person taking our order was rude while I was ordering. Acting annoyed that I was adding things my children wanted to order along with my wife's order and mine. Once we actually got to the window, it was fine, but the food was mediocre. Avoid this Wendy's if you want a quick experience or if you want better than average food.

So on 12/4/23 I placed an online order with the app. When I got there to pick up my order, I was told they were out of nuggets. I had two biggie bags on my order which they gave me burgers for in place of the nugges. And I had a 10pc nugget meal for my son which they took off. I was told that if the money from that meal wasn't back on my card in the next few days, to come by and they would give me cash. Today, 12/10/23 I stopped by and was told by a RUDE manager that I had to go through the app and he couldn't do anything. He looked at me like I was crazy when I told him what I was told to do the other night regarding my money and wouldn't even come up to talk to me right away because he was "too busy". He was rude to the other male working there, who is always so sweet. There should be better communication within their business regarding online orders and how to handle them. I wasn't rude to him and I don't appreciate being talked to that way. You might be in the wrong position with an attitude like that. Do better Wendy's in Farmington.

This store needs to take lessons operating the drive thru from Chick-Fi-La. Every customer in the drive thru was asked to wait to take their order. Average time for that wait was approximately 3 minutes. 28 minutes total to get my order. Inefficieny at its finest. 1 person bagging orders, slowly. Another person put fries in a bag then took them out twice; not once did that person fill an order. My hamburger sat from the time I got to the window until that 1 person bagging decided to bag it; barely warm. My drink was poured immediately when the order was taken. So was my frosty, which sat there melting; that should be the last thing made. This seems to be a consistent way they do business, because this has happened every time I’ve been. I will not be back.
