Wendy's

Food was good, service was good but...how many employees wash their hands in this restroom. I am not blaming the employees. The Franchise owner is irresponsible for not taking care of this. I started scrubbing bathrooms, this person needs to get back to the basics and remember that this is a health code violation.

When we got there, there was a long line because the cashier was in the bathroom. None of the other staff members stepped up to take orders while she was away. The cashier herself was obviously not feeling well. Another customer even brought it up. An item we ordered was omitted and when I approached the counter to get it, none of the staff would speak with me and they wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Even when I said, "Excuse me" to try and get a gentleman's attention as he walked by behind the counter but he ignored me. The cashier finally got me the burger but she unwrapped a few of them to find it.. and she was sick.. handling food.. We tried to find a place to eat in the dining room but every single table was dirty and there was garbage on the floor. The tables were sticky and had leftover food and garbage from other people. It was obvious that this staff doesn't clean and they don't care. It looked like it hadn't been touched all day. I had been looking forward to burgers and frosties but quickly lost my appetite after all that.

We went through drive through and was Hot. I waited for awhile for my food. There were best as hell. They finally opened the window and ask me to pull over in #6 and would bring right out. We opened it up and there was no chicken sandwich. Ok I get your bisy but we told them to put cheese and honey mustard only. Do think they got it right. Hell no Maybe next time!!!

Asked for sugar and got sweet and low, asked for a burger with no ketchup on it and it had ketchup all over the burger and bag. The drinks taste horrible. Wendys has went way down hill 👎

Every. Single. Time. They mess up my order. I’ll go to the Wendy’s in freaking Conway before I come here again…The guy I talked to on the phone, I think he said his name was Juan, was extremely rude, and wouldn’t even let me speak without interrupting as if it were my fault that the order was wrong…I eventually hung up and the problem was unresolved. I will never go here again!
