I have been here a few times now... it's either a hit or miss. I have had orders done well and super fast. Now, my most recent order from them was just about completely wrong and slow to boot. I drove back, and they did fix it (still being very slow) but do better.
I like this Wendy's and frequent it often. I do wish the ordering kiosk would work, first thing in the mornings. Oftentimes they don't seem to work properly. Maybe it takes a couple hours to boot up properly? It's annoying because I prefer it over face-to-face ordering, because I can customize orders easier and not talk to people before I've had my morning coffee (not a morning person). Also wish people wouldn't put the sauces right on top of the food in the bag, but that's my universal personal gripe with fast-food restaurants everywhere. Anyways, overall, this location is decent enough for me.
Today on Veterans day, my husband who is a veteran went to get the veterans breakfast that has been advertised by the news, veterans advantage and Wendy's it's self but, he was told they are not doing it today, they are doing Monday because so many people are off today. That is very dirty of this store to do to out veterans! Never will we give this store out money again!
Wendy's is making it more and more difficult to specialize your order and I need this because of my food allergies. They took away choices of cheese and adding on items. You've already raised your prices pretty drastically, why would you take that away? I'll have to find another fast food place. Sad, Wendy's has been one of my go-tos for a long time.
I had the honor of being the first customer in the lobby. I was greeted very kindly by the staff and I was give a free frosty key chain. You have to order at a kiosk but the staff will make your food super fast. They also gave me a free piece of cake from the grand opening, it was delicious.
