First off, I had excellent communication with Terry, even before I started treatment. I had a really great appointment via video where he answered all my technical medical questions, and explained the entirety of all the testing and results of the testing to get a personalized treatment. I appreciate the extra lengths he goes to explain what he does, and doesn't "sell" or high pressure any of his medical advice.
