Visiting Angels

Visiting Angels (Boston/Cambridge, MA) are amazing! I reached out to them urgently last January after my father became ill and they stepped right in to assist. The Director/Owner (Deirdre Hewett) was so professional and caring as was her entire staff. My father required a great deal of daily support, and the aides were wonderful! We had a few aides in rotating 8-12 hr shifts for many months both at home and in an assisted living facility. We never had any issues with communication, scheduling or performance. They became a part of the family and Dad looked forward to their arrival each day. As a nurse, I was hesitant to let go of his daily care but with Visiting Angels, I didn't need to worry. Thank you, Deirdre and all your "Angels". I don't know what we would have done without you.

visiting angels would not help my mom who was old and not sick or I'll, because she had no covid shots, you should make sure you're employees are not illll before you act like angels because tou do nothing if the client is sick either

Visiting Angels is the most (beyond) extraordinary home healthcare company in the entire WORLD! For a start, they are extremely professional and organized. This company does the absolute best when it comes to meeting the needs of a family and patient whether it’s long term care, or short term! They deliver phenomenal care and are very flexible at working with individuals to fulfill their needs with acts of compassion and sincerity! Typically, other in home care companies provide the services to one, without joy or reason. That is not the case with visiting angels, each and every angel comes with a pure heart, and lovely personality! These angels create and develop bonds with who they are paired with; a relationship to love one just like they are your own! It is not seen as a job, it is almost like going to spend time and help out your greatest relative :) They never let a client down! Visiting Angels not only provides the BEST care to their clients — their workers are treated just as great! The workers are completely thrilled with the company! They are like family! Very organized :) very understanding, very caring :) They satisfy each and every caregiver there is —working with their availability, and matching their personality with the clients! They are the best at communication! They provide very very nice gear and apparel!!! :) :) :) There is no other route I would take if it was not visiting angels! Go visiting angels or go home!! :) They are the best! 11/10!

I recommend the Cambridge/Boston Visiting Angels office team. They are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Their care staff love the management team too. They work hard to accommodate both care staff and clients.

My experience with visiting angels has been very pleasant and as an employee and being in this field, helping the elderly has been a joy and Ive always tell other people in this field it's a great agency to work for.
