Visiting Angels

We have used other agencies and caregivers, but Ann with Visiting Angels was by far the very best with my dad. She was empathetic, kind, patient and filled with ideas to assist us and my dad. She went above and beyond every, single visit. We had to place my dad in a facility full time and that’s the only reason we stopped Visiting Angels services.

Visiting Angels helped to take care of my father while providing care that maintained his dignity. We had Pam and Amira! My Dad and Mom thoroughly enjoyed Breakfast with Pam on Saturday mornings. My mom is extremely stubborn and Pam was able to kindly do things that made my mom’s life easier, despite her objections. My Dad said that Amira was newer and still learning, but she always made him feel at ease. It’s taken some time for me to write the review as my Dad passed away. Visiting Angels were top notch and I would recommend to anyone in need!

Visiting Angels is perfectly named as the caregivers for our mother are truly angels. Thank goodness for Visiting Angels - they have made our whole family be able to be worry free with the support, genuine care , and companionship they give our 97 year old mother. We are very fortunate to have access, in St. Charles, to their organized care.

I have used Visiting Angels out of South Elgin IL for the past 2 years to help in caring for my elderly mother. I could not have accomplished this task without them. Our Angel, Suzie, was AMAZING and quickly felt like part of the family. Mom felt like she was a dear friend and that made her feel so happy. I really can’t say enough good things about all that Visiting Angels has done for us. I had the pleasure of working with Visiting Angels and it was a truly rewarding experience. They really care about their clients and their employees. Great care is taken to ensure new employees have proper training and introductions to new clients are seamless. The hours are flexible and the agency works with their employees to set a schedule that works best for both employees and clients. The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors is one that I will miss and cherish. I wish I could have worked longer with this agency. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to make a difference in the lives of those in their communities.
