Visiting Angels

Visiting Angel's came to care for our family in 2016 and stayed with us until 2020. In those years, we battled many hospitalizations, nursing home stays, and rehabilitations. As our parents transitioned into different needs our care team made adjustments. Although it took us a bit of time to assemble caregivers that were the right match, the team that evolved became long term players in our lives. Many of the caregivers became like members of our family and we remain in contact to this day. In times of trial you want people who drive in the snow, meet you at the emergency room and care about those you love. We found those people at Visiting Angel's and we remain forever grateful.

I would rate them a zero if possible. Took over 2 months for the family to make a decision the main lady that they worked with to set up the care was wonderful. However three times the person Visiting Angles hired to provide the care was a no show. This is a very personnel and stressful process for families. To give responsibility over to someone they love to a stranger not to mention the anxiety and trauma the person that will be receiving the care is under to know they will be giving their home up to a stranger. With the thrid no show i now call the “Visiting Hell”. We will be interviewing new companies to provide in home care.
