They have provided professional, considerate care for our parents allowing them to continue to live independently. VA has been flexible in working to our needs and schedule changes. They communicate with us frequently and are always looking for feedback on their service quality. The assigned caregivers have been personable and a good fit for our family. When circumstances required a change in personnel, VA worked to provide a replacement and/or substitute to ensure our family care schedule was supported.
