Visiting Angels

I have been using Visiting Angels since October 2018 for my Mother. She requires 24 hour care & Visiting Angels has done well to match care givers to my Mother's personality. They show up on time & help her with her daily/nightly needs. The staff also helps me if I have any concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home care.

Visiting Angels Dallas was great to work with; the office staff were always wonderful and helpful with scheduling changes or questions. The caregivers who came to my home were professional and the ones who came regularly really clearly loved my mom and enjoyed working with us.

We are currently using VA to assist an uncle in Dallas. Our caregiver shows up 5 days a week and is always kind and considerate. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty when needed and we would recommend Visiting Angels without hesitation.

Wonderful admin and even better caregivers. Respond quickly to needs and the staff are second to none. We have been using them for about a year and lucky to have some caregivers that a permanent fixture in Dad's day -s o they know him, his routine and his foibles :-) They are like part of our family and very adpative to changes as needed.

We have had a very good experience with the visiting Angels. Erin has been very sweet in her service to us. We are very happy.
