Visiting Angels

Very disappointing service. We had 2 caregivers cancel in the two weeks of service we used them leaving us with no one to cover. Both times we were given no notice. A couple of the caregivers put no effort in and just sat looking at their phones. For $30 an hour we expected more. I only gave two stars because they had a couple of caregivers that were good and helpful to my Mom.

Visiting Angels - What a Great Company and Service! I needed help taking care of my cousin who lived alone and I wasn’t sure how to get that process started. This agency was awesome and I couldn’t have done it without them. The people that helped me at Visiting Angels, organized everything. The schedulers were easy to contact and were always helpful. The caregivers were warm and attentive . They knew exactly what to expect with my cousin and her needs and informed me of every update, making sure she was safe the whole way. The price they charged me was reasonable as well. My experience with them showed that they would do whatever it took to make sure I was satisfied with their company and it really made a big difference. I absolutely recommend them.

This wonderful agency came to our rescue when another local agency abandoned their longterm care of my dad in a highly unprofessional manner. Visiting Angels provided 24/7 carers to us within hours, and the manager responded with such respect to our particular requests and needs. They were always professional and quick to communicate. The carers were a great range of interesting people who brought wonderful energy into our house and to dad. I recommend them without pause.

I have worked for Visiting Angels for 3 years. In that time I have had both consistent clients and filled in as needed. The staff has been very accommodating to my schedule as I also work a part time job. When difficulties occurred with clients they were easily discussed with the office staff and I did not return. I have, to my knowledge, never had a complaint made by a client or client's family about my service. While there have been some less than desirable employees (just like anywhere) most of my clients have been with Visiting Angels for a long time. They appear pleased with their service offered.

Awful. If you love your family don't use them. Their caregivers are forced to work when sick and can make your loved one worse. The HR department has no consideration for the wellbeing of their clients.
