Visiting Angels Senior Home Care

I did my PCA class with DeeAnna and she was absolutely wonderful! She was thorough with her class, she has a lot of knowledge for caregiving, she also has a great passion for it as well! I absolutely adore her!

If you are in need of very light duties to help an elderly family member Visiting Angels is the place for you. The caregivers were only trained in very basic care (housekeeping, errands, companionship, light cooking) and were very quick to point out all the things they could not do. The last caregiver announced she was going on vacation and the next day left for weeks. The office said, "well she didn't give us notice either and we have no replacement available." I would not recommend this agency for any important caregiving.

Visiting Angels has provided such great service for us the past two years. The caregivers have been terrific. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and hard working. And the front office? They are so awesome to work with! What a blessing to have Visiting Angels help us through such challenging times.

Highly Recommended ~ We needed help ASAP for both my parents living isolated through the pandemic and Visiting Angels came to their rescue and ours. My parents were in desperate need of immediate in-home care and my sister and I along with extended family were not able to provide the level of care they needed. The office staff were understanding and reacted immediately to provide help. Within a few days we started with a few caregivers and within a week required 24/7 care... VA jumped in to cover as much as possible and pulled their industry resources in Medford to help cover the rest. The caregivers themselves were all professional, very experienced and actually delightful to work with - we also experienced an authentic sense of really caring for my parent's well being - this wasn't just a job but a family in need of help and understanding and they were there. Eventually it was apparent that moving my parents into a care facility was the next big hurdle and they also went above and beyond to help us through this chapter too. All the staff at Visiting Angels were patient, caring, experienced and really know the senior living and care resources in Medford and the surrounding area. They also have a deep understanding of the impact these situations have on the family members and we weren't expecting to be so supported - THANK YOU! I'm 100% sure that Mom and Dad would have never reached the level of quality care, so quickly without their help. We (my entire family) couldn't have done it without you and we want to thank each of you (you know who you are!) for all the kindness and quality care you provided.

The home health aide provided by Visiting Angels of Medford is one of the most caring and kind people we have ever met. She is our eyes and ears for my parents which is especially important during COVID. They LOVE her. She is dependable, does so much more for them than required, and genuinely loves them, as they do her. I would recommend Visiting Angels of Medford to anyone!!
