My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s about a year ago, and my sister did some research on Visiting Angels. The very first time I met Ryan we spoke on the phone and immediately I knew I was headed in the right direction. The time and effort that is put into matching the right person with the right clients is amazing. You get to meet with the chosen care giver first to get to know each other. The staff at Visiting Angels is very thorough and relaxed about how they approach every client. I know that while I’m at work, my mother is in the best care ever. The people make Visiting Angels work. I am so grateful for the kindness of the entire staff, Ryan, Zack, Elaina, Connie, and all the others that are in the office. The professionalism, kindness and compassion is in every single one of their voices. I’m so grateful for them and so glad I found them. I recommend 150% Visiting Angels Salem, Ohio to anyone who has a loved one that has Alzheimer’s, dementia or home care service for an individual that cannot take care of themselves anymore. One last thing, they are willing to move people around if personalities clash, and things don’t work out with a particular care giver. This is imperative to the happiness and longevity of your loved one. Also, schedule changes are a breeze for them. They move mountains if they have to in order to accommodate client needs.
