Vips

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Monterrey. Service and food quality has been decreased in the latest years at all locations across the chain (at least in 5 that we've been visiting). Quality of service at this place is really bad. Hope directors of the company take serious steps to fix it or loose it.

Awesome coffee. Good atmosphere. A traditional place to sit for a meal, a good talk, and pleasant company. Menu with options. Some tastier than others, but you'll find for all likings. And... Again, awesome coffee.

We came to this place and at the end of our dining, the waitress asked us how much we wanted to give as tip. We gave our card and told her the amount. She then proceeded go tell us to finish checking out at the register. We told the waitress we were tipping her 50 pesos and when we went to the register, she had switched the too and given herself a HIGHER tip! No vengas a rare lugar!

Yummmm,,,, I love soap fideo!!!!! Good service, lots of choices, plus some healthy choices when you need a break from meat, dough and cheese

The food is ok. And some taste like home. Try the enchiladas suizas and the sopa con jamón and the molletes.
