They called me on Tuesday at 12, to tell me that if I was interested in a trip to Egypt, tell them if I was interested and that I would confirm it in the afternoon (I had to change the vacations). They told me they would call me in the afternoon, since they didn't call me I called and they didn't pick up. I call today Wednesday at 10 and they tell me that I don't have the reservation and that I had told them no. LITTLE SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. WHAT DO I DO NOW WITH THE HOLIDAYS THAT I HAVE CHANGED?

Of the 4 people there, one attending. Nobody says good morning, everyone ignores you, another client leaves, after 15 minutes of waiting, we decide to go to another agency where we are not ignored
