Second time on different dates (and different trips) that I ask for a quote (after staying with them and staying for a while) and once again they don't send me anything. The first trip to Indonesia I did with others, and this trip to Vietnam, the whole family, I will do it with another company, given the lack of seriousness of this agency. There will definitely be no third travel budget with this company anymore...

Third time the charm. I have asked for three quotes in the last 10 years, and I have NEVER received a response. The previous times I thought well and said to myself "maybe she's busy and she's forgotten"... But this time I went months in advance (four to be exact). for a trip to the United States, with 4* hotels, without skimping on anything. And until today... I'm starting to realize that it's not a coincidence.... It's a shame, because I've already done the X after so many opportunities, and I'm not going to give it any more. And word of mouth to my entire traveling environment does a lot of damage.
