Was really a great facility to workout with. All of the coaches are very empowering and very encouraging. I had a positive experience at this gym and found it to be a great place for fitness enthusiasts. They are always available to assist with any questions or concerns, and they create a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate their willingness to provide guidance on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

I really love the community here at Valencia Fit Body Boot Camp. I’ve never been so dedicated to come to a 5:15am class a few times a week BEFORE work. This is basically my second home. I’m here about 5-6 times a week and I see the progress and my friends and family are seeing it also. All the coaches and owner are great, kind and encouraging. To top it off, I don’t think anything can beat the 30 min workouts with my busy schedule.

Super nice people and this is a program with proven results. I joined, because I know many people who have had great success. However, I would not sign up over the phone. I would go into the gym and sign up in person and make sure you read all documentation there is a 30 day cancellation fee and this is a very expensive program… $172 a month plus the $100 enrollment fee. Should anything come up in your life that is out of your control they will give you no grace and no discount you will pay $172 to cancel. I signed up over the phone. It was very fast. Nowhere in the paperwork that was sent to me via email did it outline the cancellation policy. When I called to cancel, I was told that they explained the cancellation to me over the phone which I do not recall. Be sure to READ the release of liability to be sure that you fully understand what you’re signing up for and make sure that you understand what you were giving them rights to. I ended up not signing i the release that was sent to me via email and I was going to review it with them on my first day at the gym because I did not agree with a few items in that release.
