On top of being extremely over priced, Terrible customer service and food. Ordered to go and upon returning to my hotel realized the pasta carbonara didn’t have the SAUCE. Seriously? Also ordered the Waikiki salad which had only two tiny pieces of meat in it. We paid $27 euros for these trash meals, so we called to complain and the manager offered us a 10% discount on our next order. Laughable! Why in the world would we go back and waste more money here to receive a 10% discount. I decided to walk all the way back there to talk to the manager and brought the meals with me. I told her I didn’t feel that a 10% discount didn’t feel right to me and she then asked if I wanted a dessert ha! I asked for a refund with meals on hand, she then said she couldn’t give me a refund because she wasn’t there in the kitchen and and didn’t see the food made. Basically saying she didn’t know if I was telling the truth about the terrible quality we received. Lady, not a great way to retain customers. I asked her to at least remake the meals correctly. Got back to hotel again, a little better but definitely still not what I know it should’ve been ( I’ve had these meals here before ). The waitresses and waiters and very nice and attentive but the management, this is an unacceptable way to handle situations like this. Never visiting here again. Save your money and eat something better elsewhere!!!
