Leandro is a very patient, motivational trainer. He is always looking at your form to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. He makes modifications if they are too easy or too hard. I feel welcome and appreciated when I am there. I have been going for 6 months now and at first I didn't think that I could do it. I kept at it and now I notice a real difference in my stamina! He makes you want to succeed! I'm serious, if I can do it - you can!
