Updated 2nd post: Had to drive back after work to UPS . They have now corrected and sent back package to correct address. Time consuming but done. 1st post;Paid to have a package returned to sender. Today it was on my porch again. Not happy!!

First time using any UPS Center. My problems lay not with the center or its staff, but with the QR code, I needed to ship something not working

Awful customer service. I scheduled a package pickup, they didn’t pick it up but only left the packing slip at my door. When I called to have it actually picked up they wanted to charge me again and now are refusing to do so. No one at this facility is willing to actually do their job
