UPS Customer Center

Cant speak to live person soo...Store @ 10/21/23 morning hrs. 115 Foxon blv. New haven 06513. Open 6a-10pm in the front. Packages dumped off in back of building while raining destroyed our products! also able to be stolen....worst Driver to be the laziest! Will be sending cliams and emails

Weekday driver, when he is working - is exceptional. Saturday driver on the other hand is very argumentative and will not even try to get packages delivered to the right address. Weekday fill-in driver is clueless as well.... I am now having a package where supposedly 3 delivery attempts were made [*only one delivery notice was actually left] sent back to the seller, because the website will not allow me to set up an account [*claiming I already have one] so re-routing to a UPS store is not an option - not that I should have to do that nor want to... Funny, I never ever have any problems with Fed Ex or any other delivery services. I will make it a point to notify any establishment that I am doing business with to NOT use UPS, since their service has deteriorated to the point of being an absolute disgrace.

They claimed I wasn’t available for delivery when I literally sat on my front steps waiting until 9:00 at night because I live in an apartment complex. This isn’t the first time this has happened! They never came here!

It's always the same I live more than 10 years in the same house and they say they didn't find the house and when I pick it up I always have to pay because it means that these people are a scan🚨🚨🚨

They have seasonal drivers for the holiday apparently. And the driver said she delivered my package I was home sitting right in my living room I got the notification and ran to the door to no package, I checked neighbors porches everything and there was nothing. I called customer service and got the run around for 2 hours. no one could give me information they, can’t locate their driver only to be told to call the company and request a new one which I can’t because it’s not that kind of store. so now someone gets a brand new expensive purse and I get nothing, I’m so frustrated with this place because there is no reason they shouldn’t have contact with their drivers at all times. I want my package and sadly ppl aren’t honest so whoever has it, is probably not gonna be nice enough to bring it to me. Thanks to a UPS seasonal driver mind you I had a package delivered from UPS earlier that day and got it so this non delivery seems intentional.
