If I could leave no stars, I would. I have reported multiple times that drivers never deliver my packages TO ME, always dropping my stuff off at someone else’s door. And today’s package was damaged. A gift was sent to me and it showed up damaged. Management doesn’t give a damn, they never do anything to fix the problems that get reported. So ignorant and disrespectful!
2 more deliveries I'm not happy with. Both expensive packages. One left out in the rain! Then today the delivery guy put it in front of wrong door AGAIN!! This was over 300.00 package! But at least they didn't throw it at my door like a month ago! Scared me bad! Why can't your drivers be more like FedEx! Never had one bad experience with them! I've NEVER had so many bad experiences with UPS in one town! If the driver needs help give me a call I'll do his job with smile everyday! I know how the people in this town can be rude but I'm not one of them! I work as sales associate in town. Please do better. Some stabbed my box it probably was Mason City but what had this world come to??? They miss any way to let them know.
I dropped off my return I still had my label showing on the package I had read that do not have any other label showing so I asked the girl if this was okay they are going to cover it up and she said yes and she would take care of it and then took the packages from me. I said the other labels are still showing I had no idea where she was going to put the new labels. she simply replied I do know what I'm doing in a tone that I took it as she's being rude. I said well okay thank you. I was being nice and having a good tone yes I could have avoided all that with me getting a marker and crossing the labels out but I do have three nephews and nieces that I cannot have any markers or anything laying around. All I ask if you're customer service be more nice about it. Thank you
I don't know if Mark works out of this office. He has been delivering to us for several years now & we have never seen him without a sunny smile & disposition. We so appreciate him & wanted to let someone know. He's even made fast friends with our dog Eddy & our last one Benji would run right out to his truck & even hop in. THANK YOU MARK!!!
I ship almost weekly and have never had a single problem with a package with UPS *knocks on wood* wish I could say the same for FedEx. They killed corals of mine multiple times with shipping delays.
