Tom was a fantastic guy, he would remind you he has 40 years in the industry. He might be great at replacing the whole windshield but finds it difficult to repair a chip and the service was trash! 👎

My daughter's car's battery was dead, and they came and jumped it for me so I could make it into shop.. that was so nice

Top notch customer service! Got the run around from the 3rd party agency that handles glass claims for my insurance company. Called Tom to see what I needed do to get my windshield replaced and he took care of everything from there! He came and got my car (the next day!), replaced the windshield and is dealing with my insurance company directly so I don't need to worry about a thing. Seriously couldn't have been easier! Thanks Tom!
