The Juriquilla branch in HEB, the attention of the lady at the reception was terrible, in a rude and mocking manner she commented, that if we wanted to we had to wait that the punctual ones had to be the clients, not them, when asked how much was missing because We had already been waiting for 10 minutes, a very bad taste in our mouths since as soon as you arrive you are greeted by a person like that.

The attention is very good, the girls with all the kindness and patience take care of you. All very hygienic and personalized.

Very disappointed in the service, the first time everything was very good, and as the months went by it began to decline, the pedicurist they want serves you and not the one you make your appointment with, the last time they no longer gave me a massage with the device, I asked the pedicurist and she told me that she didn't know how to tell me why they no longer gave it, I complained to the reception and she stayed silent. For years I had a pedicure in Guadalajara and it was always exactly the same service in any branch and with all the pedicurists, which is a shame that here, less than a year after opening, they no longer provide the same service.
