Titanium Yoga

I am new to yoga and am absolutely loving Titanium Yoga Fruit Cove. All the instructors are warm, welcoming, and encouraging. It's a gorgeous studio! Every time I leave I feel so good mentally and physically. I can truly say Titanium Yoga has become my happy place!

First off yoga is for everybody! When you attend a class at Titanium their intention is to support you in learning physical postures that will contribute to a state of well-being in both your body and your mind. When you step into the studio you will immediately notice that the heaters emit a yummy therapeutic heat. It directly permeates the body, alleviating aches, increasing circulation, and offers a whole range of health benefits. Additionally, there’s the spiritual side. Getting on your mat at Titanium allows clients to tap into our individual authenticity. Titanium is comfy, cozy and compassionate. My absolute favorite studio!

I am so lucky to have Titanium close to my home. It’s not only convenient, but a true yoga oasis! The studio itself reminds me of a spa with the dark room, candle lit walls, and a sauna! But, the best part of Titanium is the amazing group of teachers. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take a yoga class in the area!

Hands down the best yoga studio in the area. Nice, well run studio with a great variety of classes at different levels (and temperatures). The instructors are all great and there are lots of workshops on weekends that help create community within the studio. Gold and Oxygen are my favorites - two completely different sides of the spectrum as a power vinyasa class and the other being yin/yoga nidra and the instructors nail it each time. Titanium is truly my happy place.

Fantastic & caring instructors, dark studio, infrared heat, non competitive environment, hands on assist, cold towel at end, variety of classes offered- not just basic flows; variety of music offered- not just 'yoga' music. Awesome workshops offered monthly. Well run, clean studio environment.
