We've been receiving Zac Team flyers in the mail for years, and decided to use them as listing agent when we put our condo up for sale this year. We closed on the sale on Monday and it couldn't have been smoother. Our listing agent was Ken Kraften, and he guided us through the listing process and all the way through closing. The Zac Team also provided some great insight as to the best way to stage our unit, and then sent a photographer out to take some amazing photos. Janis accommodated my busy schedule, and was ready to show me condos under the most inclement weather, no matter if it was late or a weekend.
