I love doing Yoga with Andrea. She is the best instructor and we have the most amazing classes, that make your body feel so much better. My life is so much better with The Yoga Studio and Andrea. Thank you for all you do to help so many.

I have been doing Yoga with Andrea for the past 10 years at least 4-6 days a week. What makes her unique is that she explains how our bodies work and why certain body parts need to get stronger to keep us moving. Her classes are for all ages and as a women of 70 I am still limber and fluid because of skills she brings to each class she teaches. Andrea wants people to improve to stay healthy and be the best we can be, she’s always learning so she can share new ideas that will benefit us and her classes always leave me with the feeling of I can and I did it. If you take her in-person classes or online you will truly benefit from her experience. She is the real deal.

Andrea is truly a gem. Her knowledge of yoga and how the body works is excellent. She continues to grow in her knowledge and truly loves what she does. Besides all of this, she knows how to teach. Many instructors know their yoga but are not good at teaching it. Andrea really shines in her teaching ability.She also has a calming, encouraging voice that lets you know you can do this.
